What are One Stop Facilitation Centre and its benefit to the investors?

Answer:  It is a place designated by TIC for an investor to obtain permits, approvals, license, information, etc. using TIC stationed officers from various government authorities dealing with the issuance of permits, license, approvals etc. Stationed officers are officers from government authorities who are placed at TIC and perform their duties from TIC. The following services are currently available; 

• Immigration services 
• Labour Services 
• Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA)

• Ministry of Lands and Human Settlements services
• Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS)
• Business Registration and Licensing Authority (BRELA) 
• National Environment Management Council (NEMC)
• Occupational, Safety and Health Authority (OSHA)
• Tanzania Food and Drugs Authority (TFDA)
• National Identification Authority (NIDA)
