The president of the United Republic of Tanzania, Hon. Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan, addressed the Africa Human Capital Heads of State Summit on Human Resources Development, at the Julius Nyerere International Convention Centre (JNICC) in Dar es Salaam today 26^th July 2023. The summit was attended by the African Heads of States.

“Africa have gathered here to discuss an agenda that is at the heart of our nations, which is investment in human resources, particularly the youth. This meeting will determine the type of investment needed to bring productivity and stimulate the development of the African continent. There is no better time than the present to discuss these matters”. – Hon. Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan, President of the United Republic of Tanzania.
